GASTRONORM PANS & LIDS

Gastronorm pans function exactly like the steam table pan but have a European style. They come in metric sizes, and have wider corners and a rounder shape. These pans are primarily purchased and used in European countries.

Two types of lids are available for gastronorm pans. They function like the steam table pans’ lids in retaining heat, and have handles that are easy to use.

1) Solid Covers - flat solid cover with no opening, to maximize heat retention.

2) Slotted Covers - flat cover with an opening (non NSF).
